One of our founding owners, Robert Gazdek, married a Cuban immigrant, and she insisted on having a good Cuban Sandwich. We offer her Cuban Sandwich in her honor and memory, and renamed it Maria's Cuban Sandwich.  

It is made with roasted pork, ham, swiss cheese, creole mustard and pickles on a hoagie roll, and served with a side of our homemade fries.
